Juicy, light, no sulphur Grolleau from a 1 hectare plot. Perfect bistro wine, true vin de soif. Worked lightly to preserve the fruit and drinkability, the fruit undergoes an 8 day carbonic maceration.

There are three different labels for this wine, but they’re all the same wine.
